Spicy
Very good jerky, good moisture level. Will dial up the heat a little on next order and go with the Chipotle Habanero.

Honey Pepper
This company has a habit of sending free samples with all of their orders and I got a small pack of their Country Cut Honey Pepper with my last purchase. Delicious blend of sweet and cracked black pepper. Thicker cut and a bit soft and moist for me, but I'm still adding an 8oz bag to my next order. The Premium Hickory will always be my favorite, but hey - you can't eat the same thing every day!

Double Habanero
Hate to say it, but SteelerPat is right! It's all about the BEEF and the HEAT. Great stuff.

Big Fan
I've been "burned" before by crazy hot jerkies that just didn't taste good. The Country Cut Chipotle Habanero and Double Habanero are the best hot jerkies I've ever tasted. Not wimpy with the heat level, but packs a lot of flavor, too. The 8oz is definitely the way to go - especially if you have to share!
